Mumford & Sons will be performing an intimate, live-streamed show in Manchester in partnership with Amazon Music as part of the City Sessions series. The show will take place at the Aviva Studios on Wednesday, April 2, and will be streamed live on Prime Video and the Amazon Music UK channel on Twitch. The performance will be a celebration of their upcoming album, RUSHMERE, which will be released on March 28. The record will be the band’s first as a trio – featuring frontman Marcus Mumford, bassist Ted Dwane, and keyboardist Ben Lovett – following the departure of banjo player Winston Marshall in 2021. On Wednesday (March 5), Mumford & Sons launched their 9-date club tour in Amsterdam, which is set to hit Paris, Berlin, London, Sydney, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, and New York over the next three weeks.
